I usually order slips that are made out of tricot, but I saw cotton and decided since it was summer to order those and see what I thought. I will never order tricot again! I love the cotton! They breath and I stay cooler.

I'm glad I ordered one in each color! These cotton pettipants keep my thighs from chaffing as they rub together when I walk, and they are much cooler than nylon or a synthetic blend. The legs are wide enough for my large thighs and they don't creep up like the slimming kind often do. Well worth the cost.

I am very happy with this product. The fabric is soft and it breathes, unlike the slippery, clingy nylon feel you get with most slips. The split gives more freedom of movement and helps prevent chaffing of the upper thighs in hot weather (if you're a person who goes without pantyhose/stockings under your summer skirts and culottes.)

I've been looking for a solution to the age-old issue of summer thigh chafe and these are the perfect solution! I love my dresses and skirts and these pettipants serve the same purpose as a slip AND they keep me cool and chafe-free. The fabric is a super-soft 50% cotton/50% poly interlock knit and the lace is a lovely, feminine touch and not itchy at all. I'm wearing a pair under my favorite wrap dress here at work and I'm happy and cool as a clam. I am going to order 4 more pairs right now!

I bought these for our trip to Europe this year. They are light weight, comfortable and breathe well. They feel great under a skirt and your skin never feels "clammy". They keep you warm if the weather turns a little chilly, and cool when the temperature rises. They also make a good substitute for pajama bottoms when you're traveling. I washed them in the hotel sink, wrung them out well, and they were dry by next morning! Bought a pair for my daughter who is ALWAYS hot. Even with the incredible heat this summer, she was comfortable wearing them under her skirts. I wish I had bought two pairs for myself instead of just one!
